Haiku Winner

Metamorphosis inspired some incredible haikus for this year’s Haiku Hike in @downtowntucson. My haiku titled: “Mom” was one of the finalists and is located on 5th street between Congress and Broadway. It reads: “Who sang me to sleep. Inquired, “Where, for how long?” Now I hold her hand.”

I’m hoping to get to check it out IRL and roll around to find the other beautiful poems soon!!

Co-Sponsored by the @uapoetrycenter the 20 finalists were selected by @tc.tolbert.
